Deep Dark Woods


Don't you hate it when people post obnoxious text at the top of their blog and you have to scroll past it every time you want to read what they've posted? Man, I really hate that.

A few days ago I went for a walk in the evening; there's a nature reserve right near to my house that I used to visit a lot with my siblings when I was younger. I don't often go there anymore, which is kind of a waste of a good thing, but anyway, the other night I did, and took my camera, just to see what happened.

While we're on the subject, would any of you wise and venerable folk be able to tell me how to make images appear in blogs?

I have no idea what a Yith is, so probably not. But I have no idea what my avatar is, either, so who knows? If a Yith is a spiky-headed creature with many eyes and a furry body with a tail and no other visible limbs then there is a distinct species resemblance.

I always assumed that your incomprehensible pile of an avatar was some kind of space-egg tampographed with an alien Trademark represented by that gross weird thing.

I actually just made that up, but y'know, still.

At the moment it can't be done with attached images. You need to link them from elsewhere.

Peter has been promising for about two years that he'll get around to working out how to fix it. Maybe if someone other than me sends him a PM, he'll actually do it.
