Arrow What games are you looking forward to now?

This gets repeated every 3 months or so... thought I'd be the one to start the ball rolling this time. No sense in digging up an older topic as it'd all be out of date by now. Here are mine:

Spyro 4 - The series is now being handled by Equinoxe Check 6 instead of Insomniac... let's hope they do just as good a job. It's already looking good. Unfortunately, I think the silliness and surreal factors of Spyro 3 are here to stay; I don't think they plan on recreating the mystical, draconian feel of the original.
Tekken 4 - The next incarnation of the King Of The Iron Fist Tournament. Looking superb.
Ape Escape 2 - The original was a classic. Ugly graphics, but a classic nonetheless. Righteously hailed as one of the best platfomers ever, I expect nothing less from the sequel.
Vexx - This is a weird game. It's a platformer, but it's very dark and scary, mingling standard-fare cuteness with downright disturbing stuff.
Malice - Fit girl with a dirty great mallet. Formerly an XBox exclusive, it's now defected to my dream machine. Yippee-ki-ay!
Rayman 3 - The scary man with no limbs and a nose bigger than his head is set to return. I just hope it's another platformer and not one of those daft racers he's been doing.
Ratchet & Clank - Insomiac's new series. It is technically a platformer (starting to see a pattern here? 3 guesses as to what my favourite game genre is), but Insomny is trying to get the genre renamed as 'character action'. Riiiight. The screenshots I've seen are looking superb; it looks and plays rather like Jak & Daxter but is set in a futuristic, sci-fi, industrial cityscapes rather than in a lush natural world dotted with the odd ruin and lowly dwellings. Oh, and there's a character called Skid McMarx.
Sly Raccoon - A cel-shaded thief-'em-up. One of the precious few games where you play a bad guy.
Kingdom Hearts - Okay, it's got Disney characters in it. But it's made by Square, which balances out the bad karma. Looks like fun.
Prisoners Of War - Escape from WWII PoW camps by bribing guards, stealing things and MGS-style stealth. It's very time-dependent a well; you have to show up for role call and everything, which adds another dimension to the gameplay.
Futurama - The Simpsons video games were fairly disappointing, so I'm prepared for the worst from this one, but we can live in hope.
Freaky Flyers - It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World, but with planes. An action adventure that involves flying. Nice.
Dr. Muto - Platformer/action game with a deranged quack.
Dragonkind - Not much is yet known about this game, but the artwork and character design is superb; having been designed by many ex-Marvel Comics illustrators. It's an action game that lets you play as some dude who gets on well with dragons, who help him. Good concept and graphics; let's see if they can pull it off.

EDIT: I don't know why there's a line break in the middle; but I can't make it go away.

I just bought my new PS2 and Final Fantasy X ... so I am looking forward to playing that tonight when I get home!!!

It's about time... I have only been waiting 6 months since the US release! We finally got it over here in Australia (the release date was bought forward... woo hoo... otherwise I would have had to wait until when I got back from my trip).

Abe Babe...

I'm looking foreward to:
Project Ego - looks very pretty and you can visit everything you can see
GTA3 - I'm waiting for the Xbox version...
MGS2 - I've heard it's very good and I can't wait until it appears on the Xbox {EDIT: I forgot to menion that the amount of cut-scenes may stop me from buying it because MGS1 really started to annoy me after a few hours, most of which was full of cut-scenes}
Malice - looks very nice and the clockwork hammer looks fun
Unreal Championship - looks beautiful and its multiplayer should be better than Halo's because of the bots
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 - it looks very good, there are mini-games and there seem to be rhinos

*revels in his undeadness. It seems he was in a play and has had no freetime for a month or two*

Project Ego: I cannot wait to mold a character to be exactly what I want it to be. Use magic and your eyes glow with power. Be a coward and you get a shrew-like appearance and a facial mole. Use a hefty sword and your muscles grow. Just plain fun
Munch's Exoddus: Big suprise
Hand of Odd: Ok, I'll stop suprising you. Don't want to be responsible for a heart attack of something.
Squeek's Odd...er...never mind
Kingdom Hearts: OK, so Goofy is a mage. It's square, so it can't possibly be that bad
Magical Vacation: A communication RPG. Don't know what that means, but its by a broken off faction of Square
FFXI: If it comes out for the PC or XBOX. But I hate monthly fee games...only time will tell
Vexx: Looks very cool. Realtime day and night cycles
Sims for PS2: Totally revamped for the console and includes many of the things from the exspansion packs I was too lazy to get
Kung Fu Chaos: I think that's the right title. Pretty much 3D super smash bros for the XBOX.

More but I can't think of them right now

Look what I found since this topic sank into page two!

Blinx. I'm predicting that this will be my favourite game when I get it. JSRF's a tough competitior for my attention.

Sadly, GTA3 was cancled for X-Box, I was looking foward to that. All I'm anticipating now really is MGS2 for X-Box, ME (slightly), and Halo2. IF you count games that are out now and I want, Crash 3, JSRF and SH2. My bro went out and got a ps1 today so we have a working playstation again, and he got RalliSport Challange and Gun Valkyrie. My god, GV kicks ass! Still got 100$, thats 2 games, o the choices.

That looks like a good game. I might get that if I run out of good games to get before Blinx, Project Ego and the such like are released.
Apparently it's a bit like Starship Troopers. Blasting the anything out of insectoid aliens.

I forgot to mention, there's a short bit of gameplay footage of Blinx on the E3 press-breifing video at Xbox.com. Looks excellent!

MGS2X - with new levels! Woot!

Ah man, I'm so enraged. Not really, but apparently GTA3 has been canceled for X-Box. I shall subsist on GTA3 on PC then, it kicks. And Tom, your right though about ST, although I think of the movement more along the lines of Virtual Ontario. Great stuff, great stuff.....

1. I wasn't looking forward to it enough to be saddened by the news because I didn't enjoy the previous GTA games. I just thought it might be fun to rape a prostitute...

2. I thought that was scary when I read the review... I don't know if I could survive without strafe...
