Haven't had too much luck with mine, I only have the free version though, and can't make decent heads without using mouths.
Has anyone managed to make a horse out of curiousity?

The Nintendo DS spinoff is titled Spore Creatures, focusing on the Creature phase. The game will be a 2D story-based roleplaying game as the gamer plays a creature kidnapped by a UFO and forced to survive in a strange world, with elements of Nintendogs. The mobile phone/iPhone spinoff of Spore colloquially known as Spore Mobile, as with the Nintendo DS version, will focus on a single phase of gameplay; in this case, the cell phase. The simplified game will allow players to try to survive as a multicellular organism in a tide pool, similar to flOw.

Apparently us aussies, to make up for the lack of the creature creator being available, will be, for only $2 for sun herald readers, and free for the daily telegraph readers, for those aussies that do not know.

I'm realy glad, as I wasn't going to pay for it, but I'm willing to spend $2 (since my parents are too snobby for the like of the telegraph) for it, I wonder how it is going to work though.
Meanwhile, my creatures I create with the free version are average, can't realy do much with what it gives you, well, actually, when you play around with it, you can get alot, I just haven't tried that much.

Restrictions breed creativity. I came up with novel designs using the free version that I could never have with the full version.

I had this problem too, you need to download the newest version of DirectX.
I did that and then it worked, but I couldn't play it though cuz my graphics card isn't supported... xD. Well my computer is too old anyways

If they have no legs, they just slide around. But creating the familiar "fuzzle hop" can but done easily with a single, short leg. I suggest the suction pod foot, or whatever that one's called.

If you pick the icon with a tree on it, in test drive, you can change it to black.
