French McDonald's Advertisement

I love this so much, it's so sweet.

Finally gays can eat Ronald McDonald's meat with pride.

I suppose the slight controversy will raise brand awareness but I don't get the aim of this ad, I can't imagine anyone avoiding eating at McDonald's because they were gay.

I can't imagine anyone willfully eating at McDonalds if they were sane.

I think the advert is trying to say that patrons can "come as they are", i.e. have no pretenses on the premises, because the food they provide "comes as it is", i.e. the burgers are grown on trees and the rolls are mined by pink kookaburras and the ketchup is tomatoes.
