I have issues meeting my basic physiological needs. My hygiene is fine (even though I said so myself), but I wage a bloody war against my internal clock, and having been busy with school work these past couple of weeks my already paltry, almost absent diet has gotten worse than usual. As well as falling short of my own energy requirements, I have forgotten an entire food group.
