I got an e-mail from OWF saying my account would be frozen for 15 minutes because "I" had incorrectly entered my password 10 times in a row or something. It of course wan't me...someone was trying to get into my account.

So...this begs the question

Who wants to be oddguy, eh?

Since we're on the subject of account hacking...feel free to share all your stories having to do with said topic. Wihtout a doubt someone is bound to post a link to a thread having something to do with PA.

No. He's not giving away his acount. Someone tried to hack into it. He's saying who wants to pretend to be Oddguy, not who wants to have the username Oddguy.

Anywho, hacking is a commen event. People hack for several reason, they think it would be fun to ban people from Forums by posting filthy things ect. (I've never done that) they want to be able to get on certain websites ut the school computers block it, and the only person who can get on is you IT teacher (No Comment. And it... wasn't succesfull.

I'm sure if you threaten a ban it will stop.

Back when I administerated (nu werd! or is it? stay tuned!) a forum of my own, (alcar has probably had this in the past) I had so many people trying to guess my password. We did actually have one incident where one of the moderators got hacked into by someone guessing his password.

It was his own fault though, because he had the most obvious password evers. Still kinda funny. The guy who took over his account changed the password and contact addresses, but we still couldn't figure out who it was. We had our theories of course... as any forum this happens in does.

I remember PA's thread. Basically it was called something like "I have a confession guys, I'm gay."

And it basically had someone under PA's name saying ho gay he was and how he hated it and so on and so forth.
And then everyone started saying it was probably untrue cus it didn't sound like PA. So the guy insisted, "No really guys, I'm gay! blah blah blah."

Then someone pointed out it lacked PAs normal bad spelling, and in the next post the hacker was spelling like some sort of fingerless gorilla. Then a bunch more people said how retarded the hacker was and then real PA turned up and said it was probably some guy from school or college or something.


And so we all lived happily for a disappointingly short period of time.

I once had a friend whose MSN was hacked and the guy changed his name to "I am a chav". Actually I still have the friend but the name's gone now...



Oh, yeah and you're all attention seeking scumbags and so on, i hate you all, why haven't the mods closed this, what times lunch, I'm bored and have no social life.
